This brand was recommended to me by fellow teachers who are on their feet all day. I have been having pain in my right foot and it has disappeared since wearing the Dansko. The only draw back is the brown dye seems to be fading on the toes.

I have worn Dansko clogs for years. I decided to try these beautiful brown tooled clog in my usual size (38), however, they look fantastic but there are two problems; 1. The right foot is easily one size bigger than the left, yet states 38. 2. The inside of the right shoe has part of the staple poking out which also makes them impossible to wear. The hassle of boxing back up, taking time off work to stand in line at the post office is a pain! Really ticks me off because I needed a new brown clog and wanted these to work. They are the first Dansko that is not made well and the size difference is a joke.

Previously, I have had a great experience with Dansko clogs. This particular pair are horribly uncomfortable (the bottoms of me feet are throbbing as I write this), and the finish on the toes were scuffed off by the end of the second day I wore them. I am a teacher, and kneel a lot… but these are one hundred dollar shoes and should stand up to more than two days use. Although they are quite cute, they have been a very disappointing purchase.

I would have bought this shoe at a local store but they were sold out of my size. I have other Dansko shoes in both 38 and 39 sizes, and since the other reviews here on Amazon talked about the shoes being a little tight I ordered a 39. The shoes arrived quickly (ordered from PRNwear on Amazon)and are beautiful. However, it feels bigger and looser than my other 39s and I wish I had ordered a 38. Still, they are great shoes, very pretty and I’m happy with them.

I received these shoes as a nursing graduation gift in May and I will never buy anything else again! My feet use to hurt all the time when I was at work. Now that I have these Dansko there’s no more hurting. It is best to purchase them just a little bit bigger than what you normally get because (as I was told by a Dansko salesperson)it leaves room for the air to flow through the shoe and thus keep your feet from getting sweaty and hot. I am actually getting ready to purchase my second pair of Dansko, just in a different color.
