What shoe styles are fashionable this summer? While fashion and style evolves every year, one accessory never goes by the wayside. This accessory is the shoe. It has been around for thousands of years and has turned into an ever better accessorisation tool than jewellery. This summer promises some enterprising styles for the hiking enthusiast, runner, or casual stroller.

Y3 Trainers are designed not only for comfort but for appearance. The first style emerging this year from Y3 Trainers is the combination sneaker and heel. While this may not be the first thing you think of when it comes to footwear, it may prove to be a pleasant surprise. This year, Y3 Trainers are being combined with a varsity tennis-shoe look, paired with a high-heel.

Some even include laces. Bold, bright colours like red and green are great when combined with basic skinny jeans or dresses.

Running shoes are the most popular trainers on the market. They are the most practical of all shoes, providing comfort and a mode of transportation. Small, easy to use trainers are all the rage this 2011. Women’s styles for sports footwear is preferably cuffed right below the ankle, providing a more feminine shoe. Are you the type who subscribes to numerous fashion magazines? Well, maybe it’s time you change that habit of yours since there are a lot of places where you can get your fashion fix and also great tips and photos of wonderful outfits perfect on the street.

You don’t to look at models who seem to starve themselves deliberately in order to fit in clothes designers tell them to wear on the runway but why not look at average people wearing something chic on the street? That’s right, today street style is in and its boom is magnified by fashion blogs everywhere. The technology of the internet has made it easy to break into the fashion world right on the streets!

This is a new and thrilling discovery, it really makes it convenient and easy to follow the look of the man and woman who’re out on the streets. Thanks to the internet, all these are possible, accessing digital photography and looking at the great looks that have made in on – the streets!

Great fashion blogs on street style have captured the joys of watching people that is similar to lounging on the park-bench than flipping through a fashion magazine. Most blogs like this aren’t fashion-conscious since they aren’t really paid by fashion companies to advertise their brand or make their brand look great for people to buy their products.
Only a few would identify the brands they’ve worn and not one would mention the prices paid.
Subjects on street style fashion are most commonly dressed in casual with a few business suits or cocktail outfits in sight. It’s also great that most of the subjects aren’t smiling – quite a faux pas in the fashion world, which still demands the snooty and snobbish look that’s almost similar to frowning.  Read more...

The coming boom of street style is changing the fashion world today as blogs all over the world are featuring the varying styles of the average Joes in different cities especially in the fashion capital of the world. The fashion magazines are being overshadowed by cost-free fashion blogs featuring people who walk the streets with their own creative style.

Perhaps one can argue that it started with lookbook websites where members too can upload their photos wearing their own styles and fashion creativity. But the great thing about blogs with street style as their main theme is that the people they post on their blogs are actually wearing the clothes on the streets. Unlike in Lookbook where photographs were taken from places located in the middle of nowhere. Street style has bravery to be seen by people even without bloggers taking their photographs.

On the other hand, lookbooks are more focused on unrealistic fashion sense that only seems beautiful and attractive in photographs with the help of the environment where it was taken from.

Today, people are following fashion blogs focusing on street fashion and are ignoring the fashion magazines on newsstands or bookstores. People have found street fashion blogs to be more efficient and practical as they don’t have to pay a cent in order to view the inspiring looks of others located in different corners of the globe. Being able to look at what the kids in Tokyo are wearing can be as quick and see with a single click. All one needs is an internet connection and everything will enfold in the screen monitor to be seen conveniently by the person.  Read more...
