b>Am I underpaid?
I work in the DC area (relatively dignified cost of living) as a bookkeeper. I have a BA in Psychology (obviously not using), and nearly 2 years experience in accounting in a clerk/bookkeeper role. I currently fashion $14 per hour and I would say my resume is fairly luxurious for the level that I am at. Can someone in this corral who is familiar with DC nouns salaries tell me if that if to be exact a fair wage, or am I grossly underpaid?

Am i working 2 extra weeks a year near no salary?
ok this is whats going on, i get paid every 15 and 30 of every month. witch is solitary 24 pay periods a year and in that are 52 weeks a year am i missing out on two weeks of pay?

Am I worth more money?
I am in my early 20s. I hold my BA in Business Management and I am in conservatory to get my masters in Finance. I own a year and a half experience in accounting/administration and two years experience contained by retail/sales. I feel like I swot fast and can offer alot but I simply make 30K. In a Finance/Accounting field should i be making more money near my background?
